Payments
Yes. Payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
Any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Your bank may charge additional fees for international transactions depending on your card provider.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Items must be unused and in their original condition.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or video, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping
We currently ship to the United States.
Orders typically arrive within 7–15 business days after processing.
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email within 1–3 business days.
Tracking updates can take 24–72 hours to appear after the tracking number is created.
This is normal while the package is in transit between logistics centers.
You can track your order anytime on our Track My Order page using your order number and email.
Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of placing the order.
After this time, the order may already be in processing or shipped.
