30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it in: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note: Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is approved, you can place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without providing a justification.

As with the standard return policy, the item must be in the same condition as when received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, we will issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
